The IT-Based Willingness to Pay Survey in Sargodha and Dera Ghazi Khan, conducted for M/s SUİŞ PROJE Engineering & Consulting Co. Ltd, aimed to support financial planning for municipal services. With a budget of PKR 27 million, the project included digital survey execution, data analysis, and reporting. Plotree also facilitated trainings for BWMC and RWASA officials on operational design and business models, providing full logistical support. Implemented over four months between January and September 2024.

 
Digital WTP Survey: Successfully executed IT-based willingness-to-pay surveys in Sargodha and DG Khan with a budget of PKR 27 million, covering data collection, analysis, and reporting.
